Good morning, fellow degenerates (I say it with love), welcome back to your favorite regular article here at QwickPicks. As usual, this is the play where you should be designating somewhere between 5 and 95% of your weekly gambling budget/lunch money/401k, etc. It’s been a couple weeks, but we’re back to make sure you have a game you can rely on, trust, and hammer the hell out of. After taking our first L of the season we took some time to scientifically rework our patented formula and after a few careful titrations and slight adjustments, we’re confident that we can again give you that confident selection you know and love. You can again rest assured knowing that there have been several seconds, perhaps even minutes of analysis devoted to this piece. Furthermore, you can be confident that the data provided here both this week and in the future will help lead to both steady financial growth and a vast amount of personal success.*
This time around we’re going to look at the match-up between the Boise State Broncos and the Wyoming Cowboys. The Broncos bounced back last week against San Jose State after a tough loss to BYU. Starting QB Hank Bachmeier was back after being sidelined and along with a powerful rushing attack, overcame a 14-0 deficit as the Broncos looked a little rusty out of the gate. Wyoming on the other hand has lost their starter at QB as Sean Chambers suffered another season ending injury on a 2 yard touchdown against Nevada their last time out. Backup Tyler Vander Waal has some experience, starting nine games for Wyoming in 2018, but Chambers took over late in the season before breaking his fibula. The Cowboys are gonna miss their starting QB/second leading rusher (567 yards/10 TD’s), as Vander Waal is only 4 of 16 on the year and only 11 yards on the ground. But the main advantage here is in the air as Wyoming is in the bottom 10 in the country in passing yards allowed while Boise State features a top 25 passing attack.
Let’s get back on track this week with an easy win Boise St -13.5 (William Hill)
